About This Course

In this dynamic continuing education conversation, clinical and school psychologist Dr. W. Eric Deibler and ADHD and Career Coach Jane Milrod explore how evidence-based coaching helps clients move from intention to action—transforming insight into lasting behavioral change. Drawing on Jane’s 18 years of experience supporting students and adults with ADHD and executive function challenges, they examine how coaching cultivates structure, motivation, and accountability while promoting autonomy and resilience. Together, they discuss key coaching principles—inquiry, empathy, humor, externalization, and connection—and illustrate their impact through real-world case examples. Attendees will learn how clinicians can integrate coaching frameworks to enhance treatment outcomes, support realistic goal-setting, and foster sustainable growth for neurodiverse clients across academic, career, and life domains.

This is a live, interactive webinar event that will take place on January 9, 2026 at 10am EST.
