About This Course

This course is designed to teach the basic pharmacologic treatments for both OCD and OCD Related Disorders. It will also cover pharacologic approaches to use when the basics either fail or lead to incomplete response. It will go over how effectiveness is not the only variable that effects treatment choice, but instead that these choices are made looking at both cost and benefits of each treatment. The course will also cover special topics such as the use of gene testing. It will also cover non-medication biological treatments such as neuromodulation. This will include discussion of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, Deep Brain Stimulation and the use of surgery to treat OCD.

This is a live, interactive webinar course that will take place on January 23, 2026 at 10am EST. It will be recorded for subsequent posting as a self-paced, on-demand course.
