Dr. Sherker is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry within the Perelman School of Medicine at The University of Pennsylvania who joined the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) as Clinical Director of Pain, Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndromes (AMPS), & Acquired Autonomic Dysfunction (AADP) at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She co-developed CHOP’s Functional Neurologic Symptoms Disorder (FND) clinic and co-lead the development of CHOP’s Emergency Department and Inpatient Clinical Pathway for Somatic Symptom and Related Disorders (SSRDs). In addition to her clinical and director roles, Dr. Sherker is a leader in Behavioral Health Quality and Safety at CHOP.
